Alerce Bridge app — how we handle data in the Alerce team's internal tool.

Scope
This policy applies to the Alerce Bridge mobile app (iOS and Android) of Alerce Gestão de Recursos de Terceiros LTDA (“Alerce Capital”).
Alerce Bridge is an internal tool for Alerce staff. Access requires an account issued by Alerce; there is no public sign-up.

What the app does
The app shows dashboards for the funds Alerce manages. Authorized staff can also edit CRM records (clients, prospects and interactions) and approve or deny operational agent actions.
Data entered in the app is sent only to Alerce's own servers, over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Data stored on your device
The app stores on the device: login session tokens (in the system's secure storage, such as the Keychain), cached fund data, your preferences and — if notifications are enabled — the device's push token.
Biometric unlock (Face ID or fingerprint) is handled entirely by the operating system. The app never receives biometric data.

Push notifications
Notifications are opt-in and carry operational alerts only (for example, an approval pending). You can turn them off in the app's settings or in the operating system.
So that alerts reach your device, the push token is stored on Alerce's server, linked to the staff user's account. It is removed on logout or when the device is revoked.

Diagnostics
The app may send crash and performance diagnostics to Sentry, a crash-reporting service, so that we can fix defects. These diagnostics are not used to identify you or for advertising, and there is no tracking across apps or websites.

Use and sharing
The app shows no ads. Alerce does not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing, and no data from the app is used for any purpose other than operating the tool.

Retention and your rights
Data is kept while the staff account is active.
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD), you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through the contact below.
